【东西问·中外对话】鲍韶山：应对乌克兰危机，北约孤注一掷“加注”而非寻求谈判

北约峰会日前在美国华盛顿举行。在中新社“东西问·中外对话”中，太和智库资深研究员鲍韶山分析称，全球大多数人相信乌克兰没有任何扭转局势的机会。而陷入困境的北约并没有寻求通过谈判走向和平，其所能想到的“解决措施”就是不断“加注”。这样不会带来好结果。

The NATO Summit was held in Washington D.C. Warwick Powell, senior fellow at Taihe Institute, said in the latest W.E.Talk that basically no one believes that Ukraine has any chance of turning back the tide. So NATO, unfortunately, with its back against the wall, is not seeking a pathway to peace through negotiation, but only understands a pathway defined by doubling down.“This won't end well”, said Powell.
